Polytech'Nice-Sophia maintains many cooperations with foreign universities. Therefore, students can take part in exchange programmes in Europe, USA, Canada, China, Korea, Thaïland and Vietnam. Within Europe Polytech'Nice-Sophia cooperates with more than 200 universities from 25 countries. Polytech'Nice-Sophia welcomed about 200 foreign students in 2008-2009 over a total of 1000 students.
Outgoing students
Students from Polytech'Nice-Sophia can take part in exchange programmes in Europe, USA, Canada, China, Korea, Thaïland and Vietnam. In general, students will not have to pay tuition fees and the academic recognition of their programme achievement is assured. Some programmes additionally offer scholarships for a part of the costs.

Incoming students
If your university has an exchange agreement with Polytech'Nice-Sophia, you can spend a semester or a full year here. The credits you earn during the period of exchange will be transferred back to your home university, as part of your academic programme.
As an exchange student you have access to all courses taught in English at Polytech'Nice-Sophia, as long as you meet the prerequisites. For students with a good knowledge of French and the appropriate prerequisites, the whole range of courses offered by Polytech'Nice-Sophia is available.
